Independent Cement and Lime Pty Ltd (ICL) is a joint venture between Adelaide Brighton and Barro. ICL is a specialist supplier of cement and cement blended products throughout Victoria and New South Whales and is the exclusive distributor of cement for Adelaide Brighton.
